This interactive workshop will help you understand what strategic marketing is and why having a strategic marketing approach early on, is vitally important for businesses. The days of Covid-19 perhaps gives you a unique chance to take some extra time to review your strategy and plan ahead with various scenarios in mind.

This session will give you a high level perspective and some tools/models to continually be able to assess where to play and how to play in the market most effectively and efficiently in alignment with your business goals.

Who’s running it?

The session will be run by Yapincak Erkan, founder of Yasha Consulting and Training: https://www.yashaconsulting.com/
